CATHERINE MCKAY - PRINCIPAL

Catherine McKay is an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law which means she is recognised as an expert in her field by the Law Society of NSW.   Catherine has been practising in Personal Injury Law since 2001 and has extensive experience in all types of Personal Injury Law. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Catherine practised in a medical field for ten years, the last four of those years as the Chief Neurophysiology Technician at Concord Repatriation General Hospital.

Having practised as a Senior Associate in larger firms for many years, Catherine became disillusioned with the practises and procedures common in large firms where “teams” of people look after an individual client and the injured person rarely speaks with his or her lawyer. Clients are told this is an efficient and cost effective way to run their claim. However they are often left feeling frustrated, disappointed, out of the loop and it is not cost effective.
